DIRECT MISS: FOIA Request Forces Pentagon to Finally Release Video of BOTCHED US Drone Strike in Kabul That Wrongfully Targeted and Killed 10 Citizens, Including 7 Children

The Pentagon has declassified and publicly released the video footage from a botched U.S. drone strike in Kabul that killed 10 civilians during the final hours of Brandon’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.

The strike was ordered in the aftermath of the suicide bombing that tragically claimed the lives of thirteen US military members and over 60 bystanders, injuring over 150 more.

The terrorist who carried out the sickening attack had just been released from prison thanks to Brandon’s horrific decision-making that left the jail unprotected when US troops pulled out of the area.

That’s the Brandon effect.

The New York Times obtained the drone footage of the airstrike through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request submitted to U.S. Central Command, which has since posted the clips to its website. The upload is the first public release of video footage related to the Aug. 29 strike, which the Pentagon initially defended as a well-executed military action, but later admitted was a tragic mistake.

The content includes around 25 minutes of footage from what the Times reported were two MQ-9 Reaper drones. The scene of the strike can be seen prior to, during, and after the attack, in which a civilian car in a courtyard on a residential street was obliterated by the high-payload missile.

Screenshots that were uploaded with the footage show individuals moving in or near the attack zone after the explosion.

Watch – warning, the footage is graphic:

The full 25 minutes of clips and the screenshots can be found on the US CENTCOM website, here.

Brandon’s military brass initially claimed it had struck what it thought was an extremist with the Islamic State group’s Afghanistan affiliate who had been an imminent threat to detonate a bomb near the Kabul airport while Brandon’s disastrous evacuation was still underway.

When US military commanders had finally acknowledged its grave targeting mistake, Central Command confirmed that the man driving the car had nothing to do with the IS group.

The military actually ended up dropping a missile out of the sky onto Zemari Ahmadi and his family – which worked for Nutrition and Education International, a U.S.-based aid organization – killing him and several children he was with instantly.

It’s no wonder they tried to hide this footage for so long. The Brandon Regime is a fraudulent embarrassment.
