Joe and Jill Brandon on Saturday made an unannounced visit to Philadelphia to visit their granddaughter Maisy’s senior art show at the University of Pennsylvania, according to pool reports.
The Bidens had brunch at Parc, a small French Bistro a short distance from the university.
Joe’s crackhead son Hunter and daughter Ashley (Brandon’s shower partner) also dined at Parc.

Brandon stopped and randomly shouted, “don’t jump!” to a resident in an apartment in Rittenhouse Square.
