A NEW BIDEN RECORD: 221,303 Illegal Alien Border Apprehensions in March

In March Brandon announced he is planning on dropping a Trump-era order blocking asylum seekers at the US border on May 23.

Title 42 was used by President Trump in 2020 to expel migrants seeking asylum during the Covid pandemic. Brandon wants to drop the executive order knowing this will result in millions of illegal aliens storming across the border into the US.

Get ready for a massive wave of migrants on top of the illegals flooding over the border.

Border Patrol agents encountered nearly 2 million illegals in 2021.

Law enforcement has already encountered 1 million illegals in 2022 and we are only three months into the year.

As we reported earlier 170,000 illegals have collected at the Mexican border ready to storm across when this Trump era rule is lifted.

On Monday a judge blocked Brandon and his regime from ending Title 42 and opening the US southern border.

The UPI reported:

A federal judge on Monday said he will rule to prevent the Brandon administration from dropping an emergency order allowing the United States to expel migrants quickly under COVID-19 protocols.

In a one-page notice filed in Lafayette, La., U.S. District Judge Robert Summerhays indicated he has agreed to issue a temporary restraining order blocking the administration’s planned May 23 lifting of the rule known as Title 42.

Summerhays, an appointee of former President Donald Trump, issued the notice in connection with a suit filed last week by 21 Republican-led states asking the court to immediately intervene to block the Brandon administration from ending the public health rule.

The judge said he agreed to issue the restraining order after holding an online status conference on Monday between lawyers for the states and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
