White House Covering Up 48,000 Documents on SCOTUS Nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson (VIDEO)

Senate confirmation hearings for Brandon’s Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson began Monday morning.

Senate Judiciary ranking member Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Monday revealed the White House is covering up 48,000 documents on Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Grassley expressed his disappointment for being unable to obtain Judge Jackson’s documents from her time as the Vice Chair of the US Sentencing Commission that are required to be released.

Democrats are stonewalling GOP efforts to obtain Jackson’s documents.

“The Obama White House sent us roughly 68,000 pages of material, but more than 38,000 of the 68,000 pages are repeated copies…” Grassley said.

He added, “The White House has still withheld 48,000 pages under the presidential records and FOIA exemption — now that’s a lot of hiding.”
